Marvin Gardens Motel Old Orchard Beach Rooms

The overall set up was very cozy, close to the beach and clean. The beds were comfy, AC worked great. We will definitely be returning! Best free toiletries out of any stay I've had in the area, we received feminine products, his and hers deodorant, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We didn't use the pool but could tell it was well kept and clean. We had a lovely run in with the owner and she was very respectful and cared a lot about our experience!

Was good. Was a power issue where it went out a few times, breaker got reset. All set. Enjoyed the hot tub

Ann (maintenance lady) was extremely hospitable. Super nice, very easy to talk to. When we were leaving, she even remembered about my fiance being pregnant with our first child. Room was very clean, no issues at all. I really don’t see how people could have bad reviews about this place. Pool was clean also. Quiet, and perfect location. I will 110% be staying here again when we return to OOB.

Cutest motel ever! I found more than what I ask for a motel that’s why I gave 10points. They deserve it. It was clean, easy enterance, safe, cute modern design rooms. Close to the beach and CHEAP! Please rate places after you rate how much you paid. Thank you Marvin Garden I will definitely coming back.

Close to the piere. Walking distant to the piere! Private back yard area. Had potential but has definitely been used and worn out with no upkeep.

The location is nice

Everything about it was so cute, we booked last minute so did not know what to expect. Having our own private hot tub, patio space and fire pit was the icing on the cake!!!

Great location, we we're so excited to enjoy the pool and our private hot tub and we're pleasantly surprised on arrival to see not only a clean hot tub but a huge private space with table, 4 chairs and small fire pit with wood and bbq grill with tools. The chalet had kitchen counter space, with all the amenities you'd need. Refrigerator, blender, mini fridge, silverware, etc. Rooms very clean and bright. The bathroom was clean, lots of hot water with large step in shower and a medicine cabinet generously providing everything from deodorant, soap and other toiletries. We had Everything we needed for a comfortable stay and staff was attentive and easy to reach with whatever we requested! Bed was comfy and clean as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! Ann was really helpful to us. We rented a little cottage and loved having our own backyard and private hot tub. It was great because Old Orchard Beach is so crowded; it was nice to have a private place to come back to and relax. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

Clean, walkable to the beach...about 10 minutes. Pool was nice, staff was responsive and friendly. Covered basic needs with small kids and beach fun.

The cabin was cute

The location was good. About a 10-15 minute walk to the pier, didn’t have breakfast there. Loved the pool and private hot tub. The cleaning lady was very nice.

Peaceful and relaxing

The cottage was was meticulously maintained, everything we needed was at our fingertips. The private, well shaded patio was a very nice addition. The on site staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of the beach/pier which was great because the parking proved to be pretty tough down there at peak times. It was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend it!

Isolated, clean, and HOT TUB

I like the beach cottage and the porch. I liked the beach themed art and blue and white colors. The location is about 1/2 mile from the train stop, so I was able to come here from Boston (after a cancelation) and enjoy a peaceful beach town after the upheaval of my travel plans being crushed. I liked having direct tv to watch football.
